EBM

Turn instinct into method, and method into a business.
A diploma in management, leadership, entrepreneurship, strategy and professional excellence — for founders building something of their own and for professionals rising inside an organisation. Live every Saturday, fully online, with no tuition.
For people already doing the work, who want the discipline behind it
Plenty of people run businesses on instinct and get a long way on it. The ceiling arrives later — usually at the point where the thing has to work without them in the room. EBM is about what carries you past that point.
The programme develops future-ready business leaders with skills in management, leadership, entrepreneurship, strategy and professional excellence. It covers how to structure an organisation, read its numbers, lead the people inside it, find customers, and make decisions about where to grow — and where not to.
It suits two kinds of people equally: the founder or owner who has built something real and wants to build it properly, and the supervisor or team lead being handed responsibility faster than the training arrives.
- Founders and small business owners building something meant to last
- Supervisors and team leads stepping up into management responsibility
- Professionals who want formal grounding behind hard-won experience
- Anyone planning to start a business and wanting to do it deliberately
Eight modules, from managing a team to running a plan
EBM moves outward: yourself, your team, your customers, your numbers, then the strategy that ties them together.
Principles of Management
How organisations are structured, how work gets planned and coordinated, and what a manager is actually accountable for.
Leadership & People
Motivating a team, handling conflict, delegating properly, and building the culture you say you want.
Entrepreneurship & Opportunity
Recognising a real opportunity, testing it before committing, and understanding why most ventures fail.
Marketing & Customers
Finding your market, positioning against alternatives, and building demand you do not have to buy each time.
Finance for Managers
Reading the three statements, understanding margin and cash flow, and making decisions the numbers support.
Operations & Delivery
Designing the processes that deliver your product or service consistently, at quality, without you watching.
Strategy & Growth
Choosing where to compete, what to say no to, and how to grow without breaking what already works.
Capstone: Your Business Plan
You produce and defend a complete plan for a real venture or a real change inside your organisation.
From running things to leading them
EBM is assessed on application. Every module asks you to apply the material to a real organisation — ideally your own.
Skills you walk away with
- Structure a team and delegate work so delivery does not depend on you personally
- Read a set of financial statements and act on what they tell you
- Test a business opportunity before committing money to it
- Build a marketing approach grounded in a real understanding of your customer
- Design operating processes that hold up under pressure
- Write and defend a business plan a lender or partner would take seriously

EBM students on the programme
Replace this with a real EBM student testimonial. The strongest ones name something concrete the student changed in their business, and what happened as a result.
Replace this with a real EBM student testimonial. One from someone promoted into management during or after the programme is particularly persuasive.
Replace this with a real EBM student testimonial. If the Saturday schedule fitting around work comes up, keep it — that is the most common hesitation.
